At SoulMatch, our mission is to offer spiritual guidance that is authentic, uplifting, and deeply personal. Every reading is crafted with intention and intuition — but we understand that sometimes expectations may differ.

If your SoulMatch reading did not resonate with you, you may request a refund following the guidelines below.

📅 Refund Conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your reading.
• You must send an email to contact@soulmatchme.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
• Please include your order number, email used at purchase, and a brief description of why you’re requesting the refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.

❗Important Note:

All readings are intuitively generated based on your answers and personal energy. Because of their custom nature, we carefully evaluate each request with empathy and fairness.

Stripe (our payment provider) cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be made through our support team. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out again — our support is active 24/7.
